Alcharmy (app ID site.alcharmy.app) lets you permanently delete your account and the data linked to it, from this page or from inside the app.
Payment and invoice records held by our payment provider (Paddle, our merchant of record) are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it first from Manage subscription, or contact support@alcharmy.site.
Deletion cannot be undone and there is no recovery period.
